Katina is currently an educator and administrator at Wells International School in Bangkok, Thailand. She also teaches, provides research supervision, and conducts corporate training through Bangkok School of Management and European International University’s business and education degree programmes. Holding a Doctorate of Psychology in Human & Organizational Psychology (USA), Katina has always been fascinated with the workings of the human mind and her understanding of Psychology has allowed her to educate and empower educators and professionals. Her work emphasizes the sharing of knowledge and tools gained through her experience and research. Katina has been an active presenter and teacher trainer at international educational and leadership conferences in the Asia-Pacific region, including EARCOS and UNESCO-APEID International Leadership Conferences. She believes that there is a significant need for leaders, professionals, and educators to be equipped with the necessary emotionally intelligent skills and capacities in order to thrive and contribute positively to a globalized world.
