Are you accredited?Yes, we are! LSBE has been assessed by ASCB Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies LLC, USA and has provisional Training Institute Accredited Status following the standards ASL(S)07 Accreditation of Educational Establishments with a scope covering Business Education Programs and Assessment. All our education programs are accredited by ASCB. Next, LSBE is an OTHM Qualifications Approved Centre, the UK based Awarding Organisation (Certification Body) approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) in England. Further, LSBE is a MEMBER of The CPD Certification Service, London, UK, providing recognised independent CPD accreditation compatible with global CPD principles. Some selected programs are CPD Certified. Next, LSBE is a member of the European Association for Distance Learning (EADL) and has agreed to abide by its Code of Conduct and conform to its Quality Standards. EADL represents all privately-owned and non-governmental European organisations offering high quality and educationally sound distance learning. How will my learning be assessed?Assignment Based – NO EXAMS Learners are assessed through the submission of assignments only and there is no online or traditional exam. It implies that you can prepare and submit assignments at your convenience. LSBE values formative assessment, therefore you will have the opportunity to resubmit improved version of your works if necessary.

What is the English language level required?Non-native English speakers (unless they have undertaken prior schooling in English) are expected to be able to demonstrate English language comprehension at a level equivalent to IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 5.5 to be able to study our qualifications. Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) 51 IELTS 5.5; Reading and Writing must be at 5.5 If you do not hold any of the above, an English Level Test will be made available for free on your enrolment.

What are the technical requirements?You should have access to a desktop or laptop and a high-speed internet broadband connection.

What is included in the Course/Tuition Fees?No hidden fees! Our course/tuition fees are all-inclusive, including the students' registration fees with the accreditation or/and awarding body.

How can I apply for a scholarship?To find out if you are eligible to a Scholarship visit this page. If you wish to apply, please fill out the Scholarship Application form.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?From the day of their purchase, the students have 14 days to cancel their course and be eligible for a full refund of 100% of the purchase order providing they have not accessed/logged into their course(s). After which, LSBE applies a no-cancellation policy as well as a no-refund policy. If for any reason, you cannot attend the start of a program, you can postpone it to the next session. Students can attend the first course upon receipt of their full payment. No certificate nor diploma will be delivered until full payment has been settled. In case of a financial plan by instalments, any late payment from day 1 will incur blockage of the student's access to LSBE learning platform and the live webinar. More
